Refund requests
Submit a refund request from your account to track its review. Eligibility is reviewed before a provider refund is initiated; a submitted request does not mean the refund is complete.
Cancellations
Cancelling or withdrawing an application does not transfer ownership and should not imply that any payment action is automatically reversed.
